What is Coaching?

How it works

It starts with a discovery call. You can book a complimentary call here. On the call, we’ll get to know each other, what draws you to coaching and what you’d like to accomplish through a coaching relationship. We’ll also discuss expectations and walk through my coaching agreement. 

From there, if it’s a fit, we’ll start scheduling 1 on 1 calls at a frequency that works for you. We’ll periodically check in to evaluate progress. If at anytime, coaching doesn’t seem right for you, you’ll be able to cancel.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a thought partnership to maximize your potential in areas that matter to you. It works by aligning your internal drivers and motivations to important outcomes and action steps. The result is increased awareness, engagement and intrinsic motivation.

Coaching is client led.Your knowledge and experience lie at the core. You work through real scenarios and apply learnings and insights to your personal and professional life in an ongoing and live forum. Coaching creates accountability to help you get to the finish line.

Coaching is a self-reflective practice that can be valuable in any interval. I, myself, receive ongoing coaching to nurture my growth and development.  However, many people seek out coaching when they want to:
